This isn’t good Petee.. people need to realize that.. nothings changing 

And yes regarding our city council race last night, I’m willing to bet most voters didn’t research anything and just voted for  a name they knew… which is why all the sandy supervisors won.. too many new names for people to think.. it hurt their brains 

It really blows my mind as to what goes through peoples heads when they are making their decision at the ballot box. From local races all the way to the top. 
 
I can guarantee you, (and please don’t take this as towards our city council election, this is a much broader statement from what I seen across the country last night) if people actually cared, researched the candidates and didn’t listen to what letter was beside the name, our country would be in much better shape!
look at the NYC mayor.. what a complete disaster! Better hurry to visit NYC before he takes over.. that place is going to be a complete disaster!! 
 
New Jersey and Virginia are a couple more disasters in-wait. 
 
our country is in deep peril. Options to fix it are fast running out.

How many citizens even knew there was a motion to build a new monument? Seems no one knew bout it until it was voted on.. why are officials just make decisions for the people without the people knowing about? 

Elected officials are supposed to be the voices of those that elected them.. however anytime you go to a meeting and voice a concern, they do what they want anyway. How many elected officials vote the way the constituents want?

It doesn’t matter if you’ve been there 100 times or the first time. It’s just as nice every time!

We have enjoyed that area for the past 30 years and seeing these videos gives me a warm nostalgic feeling.  Love the horses.

Let’s not forget the close relationship he had with a certain pa senator while trying to run for that seat.. I wonder if they are trying to go that high?

Penn State has fired James Franklin. Who had 6 years remaining on his extension. Worth a remaining 49 million… 
so is it better to fire the coach, who year after year can’t beat a team ranked top 10, can’t make it to the playoffs and win a championship which would bring lots of money into the school. And give up the 49 million, or is it better to continue the same pattern for another 6 years. 
 
let’s pretend this isn’t PSU so there’s no bias on thir recent closures to save money.

Well you are correct. And how couldn’t the new city run on a tax decrease? There’s literally double if everything. 
 
there won’t be a need to pay two city managers when this is all said and done. (I know it’s a firm right now) 
rheres equipment that both the city and township have that can be downsized and save money. 
 
there’s salaries of employees that are double. (Each municipal employees can be mergers into one position) 
 
so no.. I don’t buy the whole raise taxes to equal because of x y z.. this process should result in a tax decrease.

So I see in the joint board meeting the city controller questioned why the invoice for the mayors conference included paying for his wife to go. 
 
great question… why should the tax payers be footing the bill for non city employees? 
the city also paid $20/hr for summer help making $15/hr.. where did we get all this extra money to be wasting? 
 
Don’t worry folks! Vote for the same and we will keep getting the same! I told everyone this before the primaries. Don’t vote for whose currently on the boards.. 
oh and let’s not forget about that tax increase coming for sandy township!
