Everyone is sure that Herm and Toni are monitoring the social media sites. Ever wonder why they choose not to participate in any types of discussion?
-
Just saw on another site that maybe the controller Volpe will be the one to fill the empty seat of Shannon Gabriel. Is he a puppet hand picked by the gypsy? Why doesn't the current council listen to the taxpayers and voters of the city and appoint either one of the candidates that got the majority of votes? It just keeps getting more suspicious every time the current council tries to start covering their misdeeds and wrong doings.

Last Year the B LIne got a nice new coat of asphalt. This year they are tearing it up for a pipeline. Why didnt they do the pipeline last year? Who made this decision. The taxpayers should not be responsible for the repaving needed this year for the B LIne. What POOR management.
They've going try to start making up some of their pi$$ poor STUPID GREEDY decisions somehow. Unfortunately it's just probably starting. Gotta pay for their kickbacks and the taxpayers are going to get the short stick and stuck with it.

Never said it was a full time job. But if he’s a big time Pittsburgh attorney for a big corporation, they typically expect 50-60 hours a week and being on call 24/7.
Maybe the deadbeats that the city is paying for to defend should of got themselves and HER another more reasonably priced attorney.

She will need to file a statement of financial interests and something regarding an expense account at a minimum.
OK. Why her and not Pat or Elliot?

I see that Ms. Jackson has officially been nominated to be placed on the D & R ballots after some loops are hopped through.
Perhaps that disclosure she will need to file is why a certain someone opted into a position that didn't require certain disclosures--but probably should have been required.

The original family was Ed, Joe, Grace, John, Louis, Francis and a couple more whose names I can't remember.
Ed was a lawyer (extremely honorable) and served as the City Solicitor. I think, 4 children, 3 girls, one last boy. Toni is his daughter. At least one of her sisters work with her.
Joe was like the head of the family, earning money and making sure the kids all got educations in good jobs.
Grace was a nurse for Dr LJ Cherry a well know General Practitioner and Surgeon in our area. There was another sister also.
Francis dealt with financial matters. He even went to homes to do taxes.
John was Judge John Cherry, an extraordinary man and legal entity with a beautiful heart.
I am proud to have known all of them. They worked hard and were for the common man, not the high and mighty. They were all very personable, kind, hard-working and would even come to a barn dance or housewarming if invited.
Most of the grandchildren have soaked into the woodwork of life other than Judge Paul Cherry.
Toni was raised to be elegant, socially accepted anywhere, well-educated but does not seem to have followed some of the traits of her family. She seems to be more driven, stressed and private. When Herm first asked her to become the City Solicitor, she refused (according to the newspaper). For some reason she finally agreed. Now she is here, in the news, possibly in a pile of trouble, definitely a mess.
Just my memories and opinion.
Paul is Johns son.

Thanks for posting this. I received it via text earlier this morning but since i'm dumb i can't figure out how to post it on here or on other social media sites. Really makes Toni look not so good (imagine that) but makes Shannon Gabriel look like she was getting better at looking out for the interests for the City.

Do we know why Randy Schmidt and fire department members were there? Are the fire companies supporting this current council?
Have no idea. Other than they took up all the chairs in the miniature council chambers.

Also it was asked tonight about the secretive Saturday morning meeting and it was about the United Way found money. Question was "why was Suplizio's attorney present at the meeting". Answer given was so confusing it makes your eyes glaze over listening to it. Also surprised to see former mayor Randy Schmidt there tonight with about 20 other firemen. They just sat in the audience and asked no questions or made any comments.

Fallscreek quietly bended over backwards for this stooge......there I said it , prove me wrong...he owns alot of main st. with his parolees rentals.......like it or not.......... I guess his dad had alot of friendz there.
I knew his dad really well. He didn't care for how he saw his son was turning out. He has had nothing but issues and lawsuits with his relatives in the last several years. Plus he ended up getting custody of his kid (probably buying people off) and hate to think what he may be turning that kid into.

He also was renting to convicted pedophiles and the government actually helps pay their rent. He's tried to hide behind his so called religion for a lot of years now. I remember the one time he was being accused of an incident at the middle school and he put out a plea on FB asking his prayer warriors to pray for him at that time. Just a damn shame that some people are kinda forced to have to rent from him.

I had saw that posted as well but thought maybe he found a different carrier. It is enjoyable to go up there and spend a Sunday afternoon watching this. Usually a few vendors there selling various food and beer. (all Straub brands)

Ok disciple. You're probably correct. HOWEVER did you ever wonder how much shady Herm pocketed off of this?
Never got an answer from you. How much was HIS kickback? Or will we have to wait until someone finds out and brings it up to the no tell council?

This would have never happened without Herm and the other city politicians. You should be thanking them for bringing the revenue to local businesses.

Well. It appears that a lot of the pro council and pro Herm and pro Toni followers have been drinking the kool aid that's been handed out.
