Can’t wait to see the fact checkers report of the speech. And was it just me or was he one something? No way he got through all that without being on anything. And what makes him think he will get all this stuff done he promised when he hasn’t been able to do it yet

What's going to happen when the Government no longer has the means to take care of the millions of illegals? Where are they going to get food, housing, etc., etc.?
The illegals are going to take it from the US citizens. So get ready. This is another reason for the Second Amendment.

Sadly, even the biggest employers, who should be aware of the value of the dollar experienced volunteers and good work records and background knowledge of employees who have been with the company for years, are more impressed with college degrees and smart looks.  They seem to think that it's better to have a younger image with more energetic behavior, despite the fact that it may not prove to be their best move in the long run.
College is an asset which MIGHT be a benefit, but long-term proven work skills are valuable too.
This Pronoun thing has probably cost this country more financially than could ever be imagined.  It divides!  It also takes attention away from the work at hand, the importance of hard workers who have earned such plaudits as "she's been here volunteering forever and if you want something done, just ask her.  She's skilled, dependable and very good hearted".  She earned her respected position.  That pulls a business together.
Let everyone know that to earn respect, you have to give it!  No one can demand it.

Here is something you wont see on the main stream media.
Sick and twisted people who work for the MS organization at this Chapter treating a woman who has volunteered for them for 60 years like this because she doesn't know what pronouns were.
Wokeness has gone to far people and those that agree with this crap about pronouns are the problem also. They can apologize all they want I wont give money to an organization like this.
Will they deny funds to organizations that do not use pronouns or to individuals who do not use pronouns etc. I am sorry but Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in any place just means they will make sure you are excluded if you do not conform to these Nazi rules?
Yes people the left are modern day Nazis.
Now this may not be in all chapters of the MS Society but I am betting it is because they were forced to do it by headquarters.
I am sorry to say this but I am guessing their donations will start to dwindle because of the nazi left.
They are a good organization overall but this is just insane

MS Society U-turns and issues groveling apology to fired 90-year-old volunteer who they forced to step down after she asked 'what pronouns meant'
Fran Itkoff received an apology from the National Multiple Sclerosis Society The 90-year-old volunteer was forced to step down after she asked about pronouns, 'breaching' diversity and inclusion policies NMSS admitted it 'fell short' but claimed it acted with best intentions
The National MS Society has apologized to a 90-year-old volunteer they forced to step down for 'breaching its diversity and inclusion policy' after she asked what pronouns were.
Fran Itkoff had served the non-profit for multiple sclerosis patients for 60 years, with her late husband running the Long Beach Lakewood chapter prior to his death.
She was left stunned when her bosses fired her on January 19 following an exchange with a colleague who asked her to use her pronouns in email signatures.

The non-profit doubled down on its decision, saying it acted with the 'best of intentions' despite a furious backlash where supporters threatened to withhold their funds.
But, on Wednesday, the organization announced it was rolling back on its stance, admitting it 'fell short' and offering a groveling apology to Itkoff.
'Recently, we asked Fran to step down from her role as a group leader because of statements made that we viewed as not aligning with our recently implemented diversity, equity and inclusion policy,' the statement read.
'We realize now that we made a mistake, and we should have had more conversations with Fran before making this decision.'
However, the non-profit repeated its defense of acting in 'best intentions' and blamed a lack of 'protocol' for the decision.
'We should have spent more time with Fran to help her understand why, as an organization, we are dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive movement where everyone has equitable access to the care, connections, and support they need to live their best lives,' the statement added.
'We apologized to Fran directly and reached out to her to find a way to continue to work together.'
It's unclear if Itkoff will rejoin the organization.
Itkoff was let go via email after a representative at the company asked her began to start using pronouns on her email signature, but she did not know what it meant, according to an interview she conducted with Libs of TikTok.
'I had seen it on a couple of letters that had come in after the person's name. But I didn't know what it meant,' the senior said.
'Because it sounds like you are labeling for females, not males, if you are just putting in she/her.'
A few days later, she received an email accusing her of violating the MS Society's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion guidelines.
'Unfortunately, based on the situation, we have made the difficult decision to have you step down from your volunteer position, effective immediately,' the email reads.
Itkoff said: 'I was completely shocked. I can't believe... I had to read it a couple of times to see if I'm getting what she said.'
Elle Hamilton, Itkoff's daughter, said at the time: 'To me it's ironic, because they are saying they are inclusive, but they are excluding a 90-year-old disabled woman who has volunteered for 60 years.'
'And literally the sole purpose was to help the MS patients and find a cure. That's literally all she does,' Hamilton added.

We need to let this play out.  I have never heard a bad word about the Chief, and I know he is a good family man.  He risked his own life and almost died when he went in a residence to try to save a lady who ended up committing suicide in past months.  I say lets give him the benefit of the doubt.  There are all kinds of reasons for folks being put on leave.  We are fortunate to have a man willing to do this job.  Not many want to work in law enforcement these days.

All Athletic money at Penn State is a separate entity. Their revenue comes from ticket and television/conference money. There are no taxpayer monies used in the Athletic Department. I worked at a Division One School (FCS) in my career and am very familiar with how a University's Athletic program operates. Revenue does not come from the State/Commonwealth. The College that I worked at in their Athletic Department just completed a $350,000,000 plus fundraiser from their Alumni and friends of the College. Penn State does the same when they do a project for Athletics. Your only GRIPE should be about the salary raise for the president of the university!!!!! Not Athletics!!!

    Polo,
Please remember that your taxes are helping to pay that salary.   We should get a say in expenditures like that.
Just remember that the highest paid employee in PA is probably the head football coach of said institution. (its not anywhere near the $990,000 his boss is being paid)

That is a nice salary.  I personally think its high, but what do I know.  I went to College and got an ASB degree and now I work for a family company.  I don't make that kind of money at all, but I'm content.  I love my job.  Maybe if I would have gotten more education I could have attained a bigger paying job.  I will say that my kids graduated from Penn State DuBois with 4 year degrees, and they are both doing great and tuition was reasonable in DuBois.  No housing to pay for either.  So I'm pretty happy with Penn State because of that.  Kiddos got the skills needed for their careers and they are self supporting.  What really gets me is the money that news anchors make on the big networks and the money some athletes make.  That is really outlandish.  Does anyone really need that amount of money?  And you can't say they earn it, because  its way too much.  Sorry.  And don't get me started about various government officials!  You know who we ought to pay more?  Those who are putting their lives on the line every day.  Our police, rescue personnel, and military!   Ok, I'm done now.
