Sounds ironic from the one who defied 2 Grand Jury Supeonaes. So  where was their onsite legal counsel? You need to have someone their for legal clarification. But of course, they already knew this. No business could then be officially conducted. All of them need to be removed and start over. Until I see more indictments, nothing is going to change.

In light of the charges, and possible involvement of city officials and government officials, is the money going out all for actual legal work, or will there be kick-backs?  How would anyone know?

Just a thought, if Waste Management has that kind of money, why couldn't they lower their rates to all their current citizen customers?

The ownly one being quiet in this whole case is the $270,000 so far Pittsburgh Attorney.  He already got his years wages.

With everybody opening their mouths we are now finding out who's who   some of the behind the scene players are and the connections..  These names have been  already discussed publically  in the media.   Everybody on the  City Council. The Mayor. Scarnati. Varischetti, Cherry, and now Raybuck.  Who's next? No wonder the AG is just sitting back right now and watching.  Everybody is innocent unless proven guilty in court.  Sit back. Make sure you have enough and watch the drama. This situation has set back the area after  finally it was making moves  forward.

Once again, THE FEDS HAVE HIS FRAUDULENT TAXES ON PAPER.  That's  6 FELONIES.  For the other evidence, that is to be presented in court.  That is  alledged government taxpayer money fraud. That is totally different from  US Custom Laws.  Mr. Raybuck's comment  is a corporate issue.  It has no bearing on Herm's case.   6 Felonies of tax fraud is enough to easily put someone Herm's age behind bars for most of the rest of his life. 
MY ADVICE IS  WOULD BE TO BE QUIET AND LET THE BIG MONEY ATTORNEY IN PITTSBURGH DO THE TALKING.  wHAT HAS HE BEEN REALLY DOING SO FAR WITH $275,000  TAXPAYER FINANCED DEFENSE?   THE TAXPAYERS ARE GETTING RIPPED. Its going to be millions.  Why dont they just start A GO FUND ME  defense account like anybody else  ? Herm needs to be a stand up guy ,step up and  refuse the taxpayer defense money .

If Herm had a contract as manager of Sandy Township, he would of been fired last April and no legal fees paid. Only a corrupt organization would pay his legal fees.

Ok, I’m not saying too much on this issue because that hotel that she owns is where i work and we are doing a fantastic business because of the staff we have! We are currently 5 in the country if I’m not mistaken in the hotel businesse! It has nothing to do with putting a casino in and the stuff that is currently going on is weddings and pool parties and all kinds of different events! So please, do not put this hotel down!
