Why not?????  Everything you put in their truck has gone up. Every thing they put in their trucks (fuel, parts,etc.)  has gone up. The only thing that has not gone up is blue collar wages.

giving the drivers raises ?......went from 3 g-men to 1 per truck , very dangerous , hard to see the pickerer upper crossing the lane beside/in front of truck .whichever... reward those whom deserve .

I'm not surprised.  Everything has gone up.  Price of doing business has gone up, so they have to raise the rates.  How long has it been since there was an increase?  Maybe awhile, thus the bigger increase.  I am involved with various businesses and understand how costs have increased.  I hate to see rates go up, but businesses have no choice.  If not, they suffer or close doors.  Just got the health insurance increase for my business yesterday, 16% for next renewal.  That means $1600 a month, and $19,200 more a year.  Some businesses got a 24% increase.  I feel fortunate!

There is no legitimate reason for the large increases. The real reason is a joke. The Liberals got rid of Trump and replaced him with Braindead Biden.

It's as simple as that. 

They stopped worrying about America citizens and where their energy came from. That started the ball rolling then came the climate change BS.

Seniors in the city currently pay $12.50 per month, while seniors in Sandy Township pay $18.80 and $17.50 in Reynoldsville.

We`ve all seen the cities on the tv where gmen have refused to collect refuse . ...Water to drink , wash and bathe is a most valuable resource , as  Mr Gelfand rightly stated recently at a huge city council meeting also seen on the tv , so have we seen contributions to officials for both treasures ? ..... only time will tell ! .......remember how much refuse we flush away daily thus a need for improved sanitation plants .( I`ll save that one for later )

Why any leader of any country would shut down the county's own energy production is mind boggling. The only excuse for that is pure stupidity or a load of kickbacks from somewhere. Or both. Society runs on the energy it consumes, The cost of that energy touches everything that society touches. BIG OIL has been a pain in the azz for as long as they have been around. The voted for governments in the past has allowed big oil to get even bigger. They allowed a foreign oil company (BP) to buy this country's 6th largest oil company (Amoco). At the time this happened, Amoco was the largest lease holder in the gulf of Mexico. I believe they were also the largest producers in the gulf.   Now BP gets all the profits. 

  The last thing Big Oil needs is an excuse to raise their prices and Braindead handed them the excuse they needed on a silver platter.  Now everything you touch is directly affected by big oils prices. 

When you step back and take a long look at things it might expose a terrible fact. This once great nation could possibly be ran by the worse government known to mankind. It might hold the second spot if compared to Rome's government right before Rome fell flat on its face.
