Jean-Pierre was asked about Biden’s immigration policies after it was reported that he did not meet with New York Gov. Kathy Hochul regarding the migrant crisis in her state. He has also not appeared to respond to growing Democrat criticism and requests to better secure the border to lessen the flow of migrants. 
"Look, the president has done what he can from here, from the federal government, from the White House to put forth and manage our border in a safe and humane way to respect the dignity of every human, as he says all the time, and making sure that our communities are safe, and you have seen him do that," Jean-Pierre said.

Hey Liberals how about a little help.  You guys are always coming up with new words to describe things we all know. Manmade Global Warming is now Climate Change.  DUH   The climate changes every second but we hear that worthless phrase like it actually means something everyday. 
There used to be 2 words that everyone knew. GAY and Lesbian.  Not anymore, we have a whole string of letters that nobody can relate to. Just for fun, repeat the alphabet soup without looking it up.  Bet most can't. Now for the hard test, explain what each letter actually means.  But we hear those letters everyday like they actually mean something.  Racists, Climate change, and lgbtuome blah blah blah. If a liberals mouth is moving and you don't hear those 3 liberal words, just exactly is the point that the liberal is trying to get across?????    And the answer is----NO POINT what-so-ever. 
Now for the question. We know that this Liberal mouth telling you lies about your voted for government belongs to the LGBTUOME group of liberals. Given that, just what do you all call her? IT?    We all pretty much know what women who sell their body for sex is called, so what do you call IT when she sells her mind for your tax dollars?????????????

Im in Tn now so my say doesnt mean squat, but seeing some  areas around here working together like all of you COULD do but wont breaks my heart....sure wait till all the herm crap is done but to    "stop any further opportunities for them to get in the backdoor for possibly years to come."  ....really? that is why people get out of school and leave...no jobs , no new companies coming in wether its over water, or land or gates....but hey, I moved so .....

"In order to secure convictions for this, Special Counsel Jack Smith would need to bulldoze through not just the First Amendment but also existing case law holding that even false statements are protected," he wrote.
Specifically, Turley said Smith’s charges assert that Trump knew the statements he made about the 2020 election were false and said if Trump does believe he won, "the indictment collapses."
In an effort to show Trump knew he lost legitimately, the indictment explains that many people advised him that he lost. Turley said Trump sought out people who said he won but that he is allowed to do this.
"Trump is allowed to seek out enablers who tell him what he wants to hear," Turley wrote. "All presidents do this. (Joe Biden, for example, ignored virtually unanimous legal opinion and relied upon a single law professor’s say-so to justify an obviously unconstitutional executive action that later had to be reversed.)"
Turley also warned that successfully charging Trump in this way sets up the "dangerous" precedent of giving the government the power to determine what’s true and what isn’t.
"There is no limiting principle to this indictment," Turley wrote in The Hill. "The government would choose between which politicians are lying and which are lying without cause."
 
Turley said there is a "constitutional problem" with trying to "criminalize lies" in this way. He said a 2012 Supreme Court case, United States v. Alvarez, found that it’s unconstitutional to criminalize lies and that the court recognized that ruling otherwise would give the government "broad censorial power unprecedented in this court’s cases or in our constitutional tradition."
"So, even assuming that Smith can prove Trump lied, there would still be constitutional barriers to criminalizing his false statements," Turley wrote.
